CHALLENGE

To implement an Automated Marketing tool that allows to carry out candidate recruitment campaigns. A more efficient and profitable platform was necessary to achieve the established objectives.

SOLUTION

In just three months we managed to activate 60 Pardot accounts integrated into the Sales Cloud service for the execution of candidate recruitment campaigns. We develop different types of configurations to implement in all instances; email templates, segmentations, and automation rules, among others. Thus, we help AFS International take full advantage of Salesforce tools, improving lead procurement and management in more than 50 countries.

CHALLENGE

To achieve the objective of obtaining new opportunities and streamline work processes, it was necessary the development of a new web solution, the implementation of maketing automation and a complete CRM system that integrated all the ones previously used in AFS in 60 different countries.

SOLUTION

  • Web Solution – We developed a Lightning Components solution based on an instance of Salesforce Unlimited Edition for the front-end of the page. In addition, the portal of each partner had the possibility of customizing thanks to the creation of a custom object that controls visibility and behavior of fields. We also generate the multi-language solution by assigning all translations to each custom label.
  • Marketing Automation Solution – We activated and implemented 60 Pardot accounts and integrated each with an instance of Salesforce Unlimited Edition.
  • CRM Solution – With Salesforce Sales Cloud we achieve a personalized management process, with a security architecture composed of functionalities of 5 global profiles and data segmented to 60 user groups. On the other hand, we create a template model that allows each partner to customize the application experience and also the payment process.
