CHALLENGE

To achieve the launch of a new CRM. Saint Gobain needed training and the creation of a use case manual for three different business units on the same Salesforce instance.

SOLUTION

We carry out a process consultancy and collaborate as auditors in making common decisions for the three business units. Throughout the six months that the project took, we managed to train the 160 users involved in Sales Cloud and developed documents with the main use cases. In addition, we integrated with SAP, QlikView and Microsoft Outlook.

RESULTS

A successful launch of the use of a CRM for the commercial area of Saint Gobain was achieved, for 160 users from three different business units. Commercial processes in common were defined and implemented for the first time. The customer base, contacts, distributors, construction companies, works and technical advisors were unified, duplicated and shared in the CRM.

CHALLENGE

To improve the sales process and increase them, it was necessary to update the data model developed by the company. The focus of the work should be on obtaining detailed reports of opportunities for different families and product lines. Keeping track of sales, budgets, products and payment methods was essential for successful business management.

SOLUTION

We developed two custom applications:

One that generates PDF documents from opportunities and budgets that allows combining in a single document several options offered by the customer representative. The options consist of different combinations of products, discounts and payment methods.

An automation to keep price lists updated in different currencies.

RESULTS

We met the goal in just two months. With the data model and the standard functionalities of Salesforce, the sales process was simplified, taking a more detailed control of the commercial management, which meant an optimization of the times and greater ease when planning.

CHALLENGE

The organization needed a project management tool that could be integrated with the records they previously had in Salesforce. It was important to find a solution that allowed users to visualize the tasks of the project to be carried out in GANTT format.

SOLUTION

In response to the needs of AAICI, we achieved the implementation of the “Inspire Planner” application of the Appexchange in just two months. Automations were carried out to relate the projects to Accounts and Personalized Objects.

RESULTS

A successful process of adoption of the tool by end users was achieved. To those who we also accompany once the solution is implemented, performing corrective and evolutionary maintenance. In addition, we managed customer communication with Salesforce.

In this way, we facilitated the planning and execution of the projects undertaken by the Agency; that thanks to a better organization of his tasks he was able to provide a better service to his clients.

CHALLENGE

When conducting online surveys, the client faced numerous limitations in terms of integrations with Salesforce. The objective then was to optimize the use of the GetFeedBack tool, expanding the relationships between the custom object and other Salesforce objects. In this way, what was sought was to increase the functionalities to survey more accurately and obtain accurate data.

SOLUTION

By modifying the data model, the relationships between objects were used to record different types of events, and add new surveys to the model, among other improvements. As it is a B2B business, the CUIT validation functionality prior to the survey was implemented.

CHALLENGE

The client had Salesforce as a CRM tool, but its sales process was completely personalized, which did not allow it to access the improvements and new features that the platform constantly introduces. In this case, personalized development had not been beneficial for Beccar Varela, but quite the opposite.

In addition, they had the need to manage campaigns, alliances with professional associations and grant access through the mobile application to all users.

SOLUTION

Taking into account the complications that custom objects meant, we decided to opt for standard Salesforce solutions for sales processes. We migrated the database, campaigns were set up and a new course of action for professional alliances was modeled. In addition, within 5 months of the project, we managed to create a community of partners so that all users can have desktop and mobile access.

CHALLENGE

The client already had a strongly customized solution for managing health care shifts and resources such as: operating rooms, offices and professionals. This platform was used to manage different locations distributed in Argentina and abroad. We found a complex and impractical implementation that did not fulfill the functions that Medical Hair needed. The process was not agile, the main views were performed in VisualForce and the logic in Triggers.

SOLUTION

Corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the solution that the client already had implemented and in productive state was performed. Standardizing processes and understanding the Visualforce code was that we were able to help the organization manage its time and resources.
